Identify a randomly selected sitting or standing posture. Choose its number and name from the nine buttons. Untimed play is the default: take as long as you like. Options also offers a ten-second challenge. State 0 is excluded. A session has 25 postures by default.
Each correct answer earns one point. A wrong answer or a timeout earns no points. The correct answer appears briefly before the next question. Repeated questions are possible, but the same state is not asked twice in a row.
Pause at any time. Opening a panel or leaving the tab pauses the timer; press Resume to continue. At the end, see your score and add a reflection to the journal.
